We understand that life happens and plans can change. However, because we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you and prepare our team and materials in advance, we kindly ask that all schedule changes follow the policy below:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee to compensate for our team’s reserved time and travel.
• If our cleaners are unable to access the property upon arrival (locked out, no key/code, etc.), it will be considered a missed appointment and subject to the same fee.
• Repeated cancellations may require prepayment or result in future appointments being declined.
